It’s the final round of the DiGi2TiON which was all about Stamina!
Step 1 - The 6 Finalists built their own at-home dream cafe equipped with equipment from Rancilio, Moccamaster, Baratza, Acaia, and other incredible sponsors.
Step 2 - A timed service round where they took orders from 8 Coffee Celebrities. Check out that video here!
Step 3 - The Finalists created 3 minute presentations sharing their vision for the coffee industry supported by a signature beverage made using 4 compulsory ingredients: Ginger, dried pineapple, black licorice, and MSG!
